All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hostel.
A booking is considered confirmed once the guest receives a booking confirmation from the hostel and any required payment or deposit has been completed.
The guest is responsible for ensuring that all booking details are correct, including guest name, arrival date, departure date, room type, number of guests, and contact details.
The hostel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or suspected to be fraudulent.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM (24-hour front desk / reception available).
Check-out time: 12:00 PM. Late check-out until 1:00 PM may be requested.
Early check-in is subject to availability and may include an additional charge.
Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Guests may be required to provide a valid passport, Emirates ID, national ID, or other accepted identification upon check-in.
The hostel may refuse check-in if the guest fails to provide valid identification or does not meet the booking requirements.
Payment terms will depend on the booking type, rate plan, or platform used to complete the reservation.
Accepted payment methods include: cash, Visa, or MasterCard.
The hostel may require full payment, partial payment, or a security deposit before or upon arrival.
Any unpaid balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes, tourism fees, service charges, or other government charges where applicable.
The hostel may require a refundable security deposit at check-in.
The security deposit may be used to cover damages, lost keys/cards, unpaid charges, or violations of hostel rules.
The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to room inspection and confirmation that no outstanding charges or damages exist.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method or bank processing time.
Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe at all times.
The hostel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence of the hostel.
Guests must respect other guests, staff, hostel property, and house rules.
Any guest causing disturbance, damage, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or violation of hostel rules may be asked to leave without refund.

The hostel reserves the right to update its house rules at any time for safety, operational, or legal reasons.
Visitors are only allowed in designated areas and during approved visiting hours, if permitted by the hostel.
Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight unless they are registered guests and approved by the hostel.
The hostel reserves the right to refuse visitor access for security or operational reasons.
Minimum guest age: 16 years.
Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult, unless otherwise approved by the hostel.
The hostel may request proof of age at check-in.
The hostel will make reasonable efforts to provide the room type booked by the guest.
However, the hostel reserves the right to assign an alternative room of similar or higher category if necessary due to operational reasons.
For shared rooms, bed allocation may vary and specific bed requests are subject to availability.
Guests will be charged for any damage caused to hostel property, furniture, equipment, keys, access cards, linen, or facilities.
Lost keys or access cards may be subject to a replacement fee of $10 USD.
Items left behind after check-out will be kept for three (3) months for valuable items and one (1) month for ordinary items. The hostel is not responsible for unclaimed items after this period.
Guests must follow all safety instructions, fire procedures, and emergency guidelines.
Guests must not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, security cameras, locks, or other safety equipment.
The hostel reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of health, safety, or security concerns.
The hostel shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, power outages, security incidents, or other emergencies.
In such cases, the hostel will make reasonable efforts to assist guests, but refunds or compensation may be limited depending on the circumstances.
